Terms of Service — Crankbait Cove

1. Reservations & Payment

All reservations require a valid credit card and are confirmed only after the deposit clears. Rates are subject to change without notice outside of confirmed bookings.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.

3. Property Rules

Quiet hours are 10pm–7am. Pets must be leashed and supervised. Fires are permitted only in designated rings. Speed limit on the property is 5 mph.

4. Liability

Guests use the property, lake access, and recreational equipment at their own risk. Crankbait Cove is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
